Become a key member of our delivery expert team. A delivery expert is often the only point of contact our customers have with the store.  As a key member of our team we are looking for delivery experts who understand customer service and safety.

All delivery experts utilise GPS tracking to monitor all deliveries. The tracking system monitors all delivers for the purposes of streamlining the delivery process, improving safety and providing the customer with a real-time view of their delivery driver.

Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pizzas and other products to customers

  • Providing quality customer service at the door

  • Attending to customer concerns

  • Delivering safely at all times

Additional Responsibilities (if required):

  • Assisting with customer service in store

  • Assisting with food preparation

  • General cleaning duties

Delivery Expert Requirements:

  • Delivery Experts driving a Car or Scooter must hold a current and valid licence that is legally allowed by the relevant Road Transport Authority in their State.

  • E-Bike riders must be aged at least 16 years old and have a valid Learner’s Permit or Driver’s Licence. Note: for the purpose of riding an E-Bike, the Learner’s Permit or Licence can be for either car or motorcycle.

Our in-store team members are required to perform duties across both Customer Service and Pizza Making.  Our in-store member are responsible for treating our customers with respect and making our pizzas with pride.

In-store Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers on the phone and in person

  • Attending to customers

  • Upselling

  • Processing payments

  • Quality control of pizzas and other food items

  • Preparing pizzas and other food items

  • Hygiene and food safety

  • Assisting fellow team members

  • General cleaning duties


Our store managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of our stores and managing the various team members. They must have excellent organisational and communication skills, plus a great attitude.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

  • Creating Rosters

  • Ordering stock and completing stock takes

  • Managing the store during a shift

  • Food safety supervision

  • Recruitment

  • Cash control

  • Staff management

  • End of day paperwork

  • Safety and security
